Breaking

Breakin',  b-boying/b-girling are the real name for   breakdancing .  Breakin    is a cultural  dance from the  streets of the  Bronx New York, New York.  Which started in the late 1960s. Breakin mainly consists of four catagories: toprock, footwork, power moves and freezes. Breakin' is typically set to songs containing drum breaks, especially in, funk, soul, Blues, rap, and R&B music.

Popping

Popping is a street dance adapted out of the earlier Boogaloo cultural movement in Oakland, California; as Boogaloo spread, it would be referred to as Robottin in Richmond, California, Strutting movements in San Francisco, California & San Jose, California, and the Strikin dances of the Oak Park community of Sacramento, California which were popular through the mid-1960s to the 1970s.

Youth Classes

 Flavor'd Flow Studio knows how important it is to pass the knowledge and love of hip-hop culture to the next generation. Youth breakin  classes are a top priority at FFS.   Our main focus is to help our youth become young professionals. Teaching life values through the dance and culture.
